Change is difficult. Whether it's a career change, illness or a life crisis, my mission is to guide and equip you with tools to navigate change effectively and smoothly.

I use Rapid Transformational Therapy as well as supporting you, so you can learn to fly by yourself again.

What qualifies me to support you?

My experience

When I look back on my life today, I am grateful for everything that happened - the good and the hard.

I have experienced childhood trauma, loss and grief, lack of self-esteem, anxiety, depression and addictions to cope with these hardships.

I have had success at work, failure in my personal life, broken marriages, being a single mother... this doesn't necessarily sound like things to be grateful for, but I am.

All these experiences have taught me what I am not, so that I can finally recognize who I really am.

No matter what you are going through, I can understand and empathise with you, but I also know that there is a way out that you may not see yet. I'll show you the door so you can go your own way.

Formal education

On my personal path I have learned a lot about the psyche, the body, the mind and human needs.

I looked at different therapy methods and learned that you cannot separate the mind from the body.

I have dealt a lot with nutrition and nutritional supplements and I have learned about the role of aminoacids in depression as well as the importance of spending time in nature.

I've turned mindfulness and meditation into routines and I have also tried alternative healing methods.

Nonetheless, I did formal training to solidify my learnings and I have successfully completed Marisa Peer's "Rapid Transformational Therapy Professional" (RTT) course as well as Dr. Gabor Maté's "Healing Trauma and Addiction for Professionals".

My methods

Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a modern method that uses neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), classical psychotherapy and hypnosis to bring you to your desired goal within a very short time (as few as 1 to 3 two hour sessions). RTT is particularly efficient and has won many awards. In some countries, RTT is not yet recognised as an independent therapy method and therefore it is not covered by the health insurance companies yet, but that doesn't make the method any less popular and successful.

See more under "About RTT".

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that occurs, for example, before falling asleep or after waking up. In contrast to what you often see on television, the hypnotised person does have control over what is happening at all times and will never do anything that does not correspond to their morals.

What happens in hypnosis, is that the part of our ego, the one who constantly criticises, judges and evaluates us, is muted and we can more easily gain access to the cause of our pain or trauma. In this way we can intentionally positively reprogram the meaning that we have assigned to certain events.

Coaching

I also support you outside of the RTT sessions and will be there to virtually hold your hand through this self-developement journey. I will help you stay on track in order to achieve your goals and I will open doors for you by showing you ways and methods that have so far remained hidden from you. My goal for you is that you become whole, not dependent on me, anything or anyone.

Life counselling

Are you in a life crisis, can't really see the next steps yet, don't know in which direction to go? I will help you work this out. We find out your subconscious wishes and work out a realistic plan so that you get more clarity, hope and feel energised.

Professional development

My past

  • I trained as a bank clerk, then I studied computer science, but I didn't graduate as, I was already working and travelling a lot.
  • I worked in logistics and supply chain and then moved into ERP software consulting, SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.
  • Before I decided to take a break, I was Director, Value Engineering at a software company.

My vocation

  • I became interested in psychology very early on. When other children were reading Mark Twain, I was reading Freud. However, at the time, studying psychology seemed hopeless, so I chose a different career path.
  • I am glad I have discovered RTT because this method is very efficient. I graduated successfully in September 2021 and am now a "Licensed RTT Therapist".

My experience

  • During my practical training, I was able to gain a lot of experience. Since then, I have been able to work with many people.
  • Insomnia, motivation, self-confidence, removing blockages, arachnophobia, up to autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia, allergies and arthritis are a few of the topics where I have been able to support so far.

Winston Churchill once said:

"If you're going through hell, keep going".

Makes sense to me. Why would you want to stop in Hell?

Yes, it's easier said than done because when you are struggeling with the negatives, it is difficult to see the positives.

No matter what you are struggling with, no matter what brought you to my website today, know that you are not the only one. You're not alone.
